We combine traditional examination methods with modern computer technology.
Thanks to this, we are able to assess even small changes in the feet and select the corrective technique or therapy best suited to our patient.
Computer-aided foot examination
A platform connected to the computer records the pressure exerted by the feet on the ground. The program allows for an accurate assessment in terms of:- foot defects (flat feet, bunions)
- areas of increased or decreased foot loading
- symmetry of loading and length of limbs
- balance and statics of body
- posture defects (crooked feet, knees, scoliosis)
- gait and its disorders
The results are saved in a database, which allows for the tracking of changes during treatment and comparing of results during monitoring visits.
Podoscope
Allows for the simultaneous assessment of the plantar part of the foot as well as the dorsal, ankle and knee joints as well as the torso (spine). This allows for both a static and dynamic assessment of the feet.Plantograph
Allows for the printing of footprints on paper. On this basis, we can carefully plan out the placement of corrective elements and design individual corrective insoles.Manual examination
Consists of assessing the mobility of individual joints of the feet, muscle tension, and pain sensitivity. During this examination, we also evaluate the state of the skin of the feet, abrasions, skin thickenings, calluses or corns - so they are taken into account when designing insoles.SHOE INSOLES
We offer insoles for children and adults, seniors, athletes and active people, people working physically or in a standing position, for specialist and everyday footwear.
We work with the following companies: SIDAS / Podiatech, Igli, Formthotics - world leaders in the field of orthotics.
Our insole are:
- Individual - formed directly on the patient's foot, tailored to the needs of his/her feet and the type of defect or problem that they have. Hence, the making of insoles is preceded by a detailed interview and comprehensive examination
- Thermoplastic - made of materials of high technical qualitywhich, when heated to the right temperature, can be freely shaped
- Corrective - as opposed to traditional insoles (which only passively support the feet), they assist and stimulate specific functions of the foot. They eliminate the negative impact of foot defects on the entire body and lead to improved health.
