Painful knee / knee surgery recovery
A program designed for those with pain in the knee area, post-traumatic or degenerative damage of structures, before or after surgery - directly after removal of immobilisation brace. The purpose of the treatment package is improvement of joint mobility and movement, physical and psychological preparation for the return to everyday and work activity, postsurgical wound nursing and therapy, learning how to walk using crutches or a cane, walk up and down stairs, etc. Each patient goes through a practical program of learning how to safely carry out everyday activities as well as exercises in their home environment.
