Painful hip / hip replacemente surgery recovery

A treatment package for those suffering from degenerative changes of the hip joint, before and after endoprosthetic surgery (6 weeks after surgery). During the period before surgery, the purpose of the treatment is to diminish pain, improve hip joint mobility and walking ability. After hip replacement surgery, the main emphasis is on physical and psychological preparation for the return to everyday and work activity, learning how to walk using crutches or a cane, walk up and down stairs, etc. The program includes postsurgical wound nursing and therapy, recovery of physical independence and capability, and learning to safely carry out everyday activities as well as rehabilitation at home.
