Post spinal surgery recovery
A treatment program for those recovering from spinal hernia surgery (discopathy, slipped disk), within a period of 4-6 weeks after surgery, without post-surgical complications. The purpose of the treatment package is to get rid of persisting symptoms and discomfort, nurse wounds, prevent postsurgical adhesion, and to physically and psychologically prepare for the return to an active life and work, as well as improve one's physical capacity. Patients have the opportunity to learn how to properly exercise, carry out everyday activities, and take preventative measures against overload and relapse.
